Terms of Service

The Site offers a waitlist signup for a mentor companion product currently in development. By joining the waitlist, you may receive product updates, launch announcements, and opportunities to participate in early access programs. The product itself is not yet available, and these Terms apply only to your use of the Site and the waitlist service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Attempt to access non public areas of the Site
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' use
• Use the Site to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of SuperPower Mentors, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you choose to make an optional refundable deposit to lock founding member pricing, your payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms of service. Deposits are refundable on request before the product launches. Founding member pricing is contingent on product launch within 12 months. If the product does not launch within that period, deposits are automatically refunded.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, or that any specific product features will be released. Product features described on the Site are aspirational and subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperPower Mentors, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 or the amount you have paid to us in the past six months, whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will post the effective date of the latest version above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
