SuperPower Mentors, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.superpowerparent.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Email address (required for waitlist signup)
  • Name (optional)
  • Survey responses, including information about your child's age range and the parenting topics you want help with
  • Payment information processed through Stripe (only if you make an optional founding member deposit). We do not store full payment details. Stripe handles all payment data.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, time spent, links clicked
  • Referral source and UTM parameters
  • Analytics data through PostHog or similar analytics tools

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Notify you about the product launch and updates
  • Tailor product development to user needs
  • Communicate about founding member benefits and offers
  • Improve the Site and product
  • Process optional prepayments through Stripe
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and waitlist. These include email marketing platforms (such as Beehiiv), waitlist management tools (such as GetWaitlist.com or Tally), analytics providers (such as PostHog), survey tools (such as Tally or Typeform), and payment processors (Stripe). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the services they provide to us.
  • Legal requirements if disclosure is required by law, court order, or government request.
  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, with reasonable notice to you.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some Site features may not work properly if you disable cookies.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and limited access to user data. No system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in every email)
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for parents and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately at support@superpowermentors.com and we will delete the information.

Our survey asks about your child's age range and the parenting challenges you would like help with. We treat that information as information about you (the parent) and your parenting needs, not as personally identifiable information about your child. We do not collect your child's name, date of birth, photos, contact information, or any other directly identifying details about your child.

8. International Users

If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your waitlist account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion, we will remove your information from active systems within 30 days, retaining only what we are required to keep by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
